Over 15 years ago, as an internal consultant, we had responsibility for shaping a growing organization by facilitating processes that would define the organization's vision, mission, values, objectives, measurements and internal alignment. This was a process that lasted several years. It required the development of a high level strategy to be executed through a well-structured, implementation process.
