Programs Customer Service
This skill-building Professional Service Works!® program uses the DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior assessment to help employees develop first-class competencies in meeting the service needs of external and internal customers.
This program cover the following key areas:
Identifying and understanding your own DiSC behavior using the Personal Profile System 2800 Series
Identifying and understanding to your customer's behavior
Increasing professionalism through better attitudes and teamwork
Managing special service situations and problems
Negotiating conflict
Each employee will receive a Professional Service Works!® program participant's manual, including one Personal Profile System® assessment.
Through our team approach to learning, the customization we provide for you, individual exercises and small group activities, we provide a fun, motivating approach for your employees.
The DiSC® Professional Service Works!® program is a 15-hour program which is structured in five 3-hour modules, so it can be presented in a two-day format or in the module format over time.
