Jack Hobbs, Partner
A native of St. Lambert, Quebec, with an undergraduate degree from Concordia and a Masters degree from McGill, Jack is an accomplished, versatile professional with thirty years of proven experience in human resources management.
Jack is an extremely positive person with a great sense of humour, who's many talents include public speaking, facilitation, personal counseling, communications coaching, and teaching. His excellent problem solving skills and expertise in human relations make him an ideal consultant for any organization experiencing communications challenges in the workplace.

Dorothy Hobbs, Partner
Born in Scotland, Dorothy has a Bachelor's degree in Education from Concordia and a teaching certificate from McGill specializing in Teaching English as a Second Language.
Dorothy is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with over 30 years of experience in teaching adults, teenagers and children. She has the ability to stimulate curiosity and learning in others using innovative teaching techniques, and a unique talent for understanding and appreciating individual needs.
An excellent seminar presenter, Dorothy actively engages her workshop informants in stimulating dialogue, always focusing where possible on incidents and examples from real life. She respects and values the differences in all people and her enthusiasm transmits to all with whom she interacts.
Sharon Johnson, Senior Associate
A graduate of Carleton University with a combined degree in Sociology and Psychology, Sharon is a qualified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and a prospective member of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants (CMC).
Prior to joining PEOPLE 1ST, Sharon worked for ten years as a senior manager with two leading international management consulting firms, and for three years as a human resource consultant with one of the largest, locally operated firms in the NCR.
Sharon has extensive experience in strategic planning and human resources management with a strong emphasis on change leadership, team/individual development and assessment, and performance management/measurement. She has also worked closely with a variety of clients to identify new organizational processes, structures, skills and competencies that effectively align resources and operations to meet the future requirements of the organization.
Born and raised in Quebec City, Line received her BA in pedagogy from Laval. She taught in high schools, then moved to Ontario and taught French to civil servants. When the opportunity to work for Bell presented itself, Line did not hesitate to change her career path. She developed skills in sales, trained staff and became a successful coach-leader in a human resources environment. Line brings enthusiasm to the work place.

Caroline, born and raised by her French parents in Cumberland, received all her education in the French sector of Ontario. Her bilingual linguistic skills and outgoing personality bring enthusiasm and inspiration to all who meet with her.
